Quick Question - did our trucks come with...
the cable USB/Mini combo to plug in an IPod? I thought I'd remembered one coming with the truck in a small plastic bag - but can't find it now...
If not, does anyone know if an IPod "Shuffle" will run in our trucks using a mini to mini cable and will it charge through the trucks mini input?

The only cable that should have come with your truck is an electronic trailer tow cable. The Shuffle will work perfectly in your truck using the cable the device came with and yes it will also charge. You can find more information on www.syncmyride.com

Actually, you can charge it with the 3.5mm to USB cable that came with the ipod shuffle. But if you use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to listen with the "line-in" function, it will NOT charge. The line-in jack is for audio only and has no power to charge it.
