Anyone put an UnderCover on their '09 yet?

I consider my UnderCover and Line-X the best money I spent on my 2005. Saw on their site they finally have 5.5' and 6.5' UnderCovers for the '09s...so who's got them on so far? Would love to see some pics.

I put mine on in the first week I had it. I have had one on my last 3 trucks. Best cover made in my opinion. I will try to get some pics up tomorrow.

I had one on my 09 - I didn't like the way it fit in the front - it appeared to be higher than it was supposed to be. I bought it from my Line-X dealer - took it back twice for adjustments, which proved to be fruitless.

I suspect my problem was with the new mounting system they use - in the older version, the front used tabs (if you will) that were secured by round rings that you put on like you would a key on your keyring. Now the mounting is done inside the bed and uses a screw wheel. I removed the cover once to detail the truck and had an extremely hard tme getting the cover to line back up.

Anyway, I returned the UnderCover and got the BlakFlip HD. A world of difference. No more worry about having to remove the cover for something that would require the cover to be removed. Too many times the wife and I would be out shopping and need the cover removed. Plus if the tail gate is locked, the cover is locked. Add a power tail gate lock and you are set.

Good luck!

I think the reason they changed the way the cover mounts in the front was to keep the cover from rubbing on the bed caps. the new system lets the cover move up at the front as you lift it. It does sit a little high in the front but not enough to bother me. The great thing about the accessory market is there is something for everyone. There are so many options these days and more coming out all the time. I have only sold a few of the bak flip covers, but the seem to be a nice product.
