eh... not bad looking, but not my taste. Those small, thin-line grilles always seen to emasculate a truck IMO. But those are better than some of the other crap aftermarket grilles I've seen online.

Meh, not really a fan of thin line grills though. I haven't seen an aftermarket grill that looks good on an '09. The stocker dominates the front end, finding something aftermarket that looks good will be a challenge.

I think the 2010 design looks good but I still prefer the stock H-bar design.

Steve, I like that...not overdone!! Reminds me a bit of the F-150 Harley grill I had on my '05 Lariat...that was a sweet looking grill

Steve...off topic...but I was just checking out your gallery pics and it appears your front hood alignment and front bumper gap are off just like mine! A ways back someone here made the comment that they weren't going to get a Platinum model because the Plats are made on the Dearborn assembly line and many of them came with misaligned body panels...at the time I though his statement was kind of silly - but I'm starting to see a trend here....who else has Platinums with misaligned hoods/front bumpers?

That new xlt grill would be sweet if the surround was the same color as the body. Still curious what the fx2 will look like.

Intersting, that pic is not bad at all. If that's billet, it's the first one I have ever seen in my life that is nice. Those teenie tiny billet grille's have always looked like utter crap to me. It seems perhaps they learned how to make something thicker, with some space in between, like normal grille's. About time.

In fact, Spyder put it best about how all previous billet grille's "emascualte the truck". It's the wording I've been looking for for years as I've been hating poor F-150's ruined by horrid billet grille's. But like I said, that red '10 looks very nice with the above grille!

I don't care too much for the '09 Lariat/KR grille, so that would be a def improvement. Funny how the XLT and PLAT grille's are either super shiny and bright, or super luxurious looking, yet the KR/Lariat grille is a mess of thin bars with that '04 eggshell stuff still in them. Those two models would be perfect for that new billet grille above, much nicer looking.

EDIT: Just to clarify, the red truck pic is the nice billet one, the original OP's pics of standard billet grille designs continue the hideous standard billet grille crap that has ruined many a sweet F-150 over the years.

Is the 2010 Lariat version different from the one SFssft1911's beauty?
