Weathertech wait times?
I ordered a set of DigitalFit floor mats for my truck close to two weeks ago.
I got a conformation email within minutes of my online order which had a link I could click to check shipping status:
http://www.weathertech.com/ordertracking.aspx
Each time I click on that link it says across the top of the page the following:
9040 - No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again or contact Customer Service at 1.800.Go.FedEx(R) 800.463.3339. : 131596219 9040 - No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again or contact Customer Service at 1.800.Go.FedEx(R) 800.463.3339. : 236777529
And in the normal part of the page it says in progress under The Tracking No. area.
Sooooooooooooo My question is, is this normal? How long are the normal wait times for WeatherTech's?
Thanks and sorry for the long post.

When I called them Friday to see if they could get me some by tomorrow, they told me 7-10 days. I would assume business days. But they also said they are made to order. I can't imagine they do mold changes to run one mat, so you probably have to wait for them to get a few orders of the same thing before they run them.
As statikuz said, no one can accurately answer your question but them.

2 weeks is a long time. I think when I ordered mine a few months ago, it took like 3 or 4 days to get the shipping conf. email, and 3 or 4 more days after that I received them.
Just call them to see what's up. They seemed nice when I had to call them.

I'll give them a call tomorrow. I didn't want to bug or bother them is the norm is 3 weeks or more, thats why I had asked what others were seeing for responce times. In this case I'm thinking maybe my order got tied up in the system with that weird message at the top of the status screen, although my debt card was charged the night I orderd which at the time made me think everything was good to go.
Thanks for the replies.

I ordered my front and back mats separately, as the backs weren't available at first. The fronts came in a reasonable time... less than 7 days I think. When I did order the back (shortly after they started offering it), it did take longer... maybe 2 weeks+ if I remember. I chalked it up to it being new, and I figured a bunch of folks were ordering them.
You will really like them when they do get to you! Good luck.

that's cool.
on a side note, I stumbled upon a Honda Ridgeline owner's forum and I saw they were able to set up a group buy on these mats for their trucks. The normal price was $169 for a F/R set, but if they had 40 buyers (which they got), they could get 25% off, or down to $127+shipping.
Too bad we couldn't set things up like that on our site here. That's a great deal too because you never see any special discounts on Weathertech products. too late now though, lots of us already have the Floorliner mat sets.
