2009 XLT rear end not level

i thought my truck looked funny from behind. that the driver side of the truck was sitting lower than the passenger side. today i finally took out a tape measure to see if i was imagining things. i wasn't. taking a measurement from the bumper to the ground on each corner of the rear bumper, it turns out that the drivers side is 1 inch lower than the passengers side. taking meaurements all the way to the front bumper, i have found that at the door handles , the difference is 3/4 of an inch. front bumpers barely show a differnce. i was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. what it could be. thanks.

Can't you just get one of those leveling kits?

A leveling kit is for the front end and just adds usually 2 or 2 1/2 inches to the front and does not affect the rear. This allows the front to sit at the same height as the rear. The OP is having problems on the rear side to side so this will not change with a leveling kit.

I'm pretty sure I just noticed it on my XLT today.. I haven't measured yet, and maybe you've just got me paranoid from readin this, but I swear the driver's side is lower...
