2010 rear power window with defrost
In the 2010 model, is the entire rear window going to be powered or basically just the same size power window as it has now?
I've seen Toyota Tundras that have the entire rear window powered and really like it.. Wish ford would do it as well.

I had the old tundra with the power down window - nice feature, but I barely ever used it. I have the new 2009 with the standard mirror (no defroster) no sliding mirror.
My mistake for assuming that all rear windows have a defroster
But as far as the opening, I haven't missed it at all.

Thanks guys for the comments...
Yeah, I assumed it wouldn't be used very often. I just thought it was a cool option the Tundra had, and wouldn't have minded seeing it on an F-150. I think it'd be nice on those days where you can ride with windows down, and moonroof opened.

should still be the regular sliding window as far as what I've read. But I'm curious how will/do they make the defrost lines work on the center sliding window since it moves back and forth?
I am interested in what this means as well.
I love the combination of power moonroof and rear slider. It allows quiet airflow. For those without a cover for their beds, the air often gets sucked back into the cabin, but I've always had bed covers.

Yeah, I've seen pictures of the 2010 Harley Davidson and it appears to be the exact same window as they have now. It appears the only difference is the added defrost. I'm kind of curious how that's gonna work as well

I know this has been discussed in great lengths, but Toyota is able to have the complete rear windshield retract down because they don't have the lateral reinforcing steel bars that the F-150 does. While it's a cool option, I'd much rather have a sideways-sliding panel than a truck that bends and twists like a melted candy bar (a la the Tundra in the FORD truck comparison videos).
So it's not that FORD can't put this option into an F-150, it's just they weighed the the benefits against the sacrifice and made [IMO] the correct choice. Again, just my $.02
