New 09 Razor Red FX4

Well I have had my new truck for 1 week tomorrow and I love everything about it. I had to drop it off today to have the Rhino Liner sprayed in it and I should pick it up tomorrow morning anytime after 10am, I cant wait.

I took a few pictures of her also and I hope they work when I post them

Nice ride dude,

Got the same setup as you except I ordered a black one. Waiting for information is killing me at the moment and seeing your pics is making it worse!!

Are you going to do a level or lift?

I called the place spraying in the bed liner this morning and I was told it will be ready after 11:30, that's a good thing as I have to go to work. Its raining out here in Illinois so I hope the liner is going to be dry, it's a good thing I didn't wash it, not that it was dirty.

I just got the truck back and they did a fantaistic job with the liner, I did have to trim the right side rubber tailgate stop to get the tailgate to close evenly on both sides, no fault of theirs though, I just had to take off about an eighth of an inch now it closes fine.
Now if I could only wash the truck, cant do it until it quits raining around here, maybe by Friday and can get it all perty again..

Man I am so glad I got rid of my Mustang to get this truck, I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I can drive the thing all 4 seasons and not have to worry about the Mustang not being able to drive in the rain or snow, With all the rain we have gotten over the last week or more the roads around here have gotten a bit saturated so it made for alternate routs to get to work in the car, don't have to do that anymore.
The thing rides great, I cant believe how quite it is also, its not like my 05 FX4 at all. I love the Sony stereo but wish the sub hit a bit harder but I think I can remedy that eventually.

Next week my chopper is sold so that will make way for upgrades on the truck

I plan to change out the rims and tires for these wheels

and maybe some Toyo MT tires but haven't decided how large to go yet or how large I can go with just a leveling kit. Any ideas?

Those rims are gonna look sweet on there. I wouldn't go any larger then a 33" tire with just a leveling kit. Keeps the trimming to a minimum, if any at all, and I think that 35's look too crammed with just a leveling kit, IMO. But thats just me. I plan on going with the chrome XD Spys and 33" AT's on mine once I sell my stang. I've got some time tho, every place I have checked with says these wheels will be backordered for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Be sure to post pics

I agree with the not going larger than 33s with just a leveling kit, I had 35s on my 06 and it was fun for a while but the rubbing gets old. I even had to gring down the edge of the front upper control are to make it work, which I am pretty sure isn't a Ford approved mod. I got the 20" moto metal 951's with BFGs on mine now and its a good clean look. I need to get some pictures taken so I can post them.

Sweet lookin truck man, I'd love pretty much the exact same rig. Looks like you got one of the last 133" wheelbase extended cab and 5.5ft bed combo. Just saw in the order guide for 2010 that they are only going to offer the 6.5ft bed on the long wheelbase (146" I think). Gotta start hittin up the dealers to see if I can find an 09 like that around here.
