The wait is over!

Well I finally signed the papers on my 09 FX4 today It is a little dirty because I've been driving it around for almost a week, but here is a pic I snapped when I got home tonight. I have a few other pics in my album too. I ordered it with the luxury package, sony stereo system and the polished running boards. Dealer also came good for a set of Ford vent visors, molded mud flaps, rubber F150 logo bed mat and black carpet floor mats w. F150 logo which should be here in the next day or two. Windows are also getting tinted Friday afternoon before I move. I have a wish list for it that is a mile long, but I need to sell my 02 GT before anything else goes on it. Loving it so far!

Nice truck, sounds like you and I have the same taste, I just got rid of my 07 Mustang Gt for the 09 F150 FX4 and I am selling my 05 Swift Tormentor next week.
I bought the Razor Red with Luxury package, Moonroof, power sliding rear window, Sony 6 disk. I was trying to find a Black one but the dealer that had it listed on the internet had sold it before I could get a look at the truck.
Razor Red was my second choice so I made out ok.

As for the Mustang, yea Ill miss it but not the attention I was getting from the cops, and the Chopper didnt see much action except for a quick jolt for an hour or so per week. I may get back into a Harley Street Glide down the line sometime but for now I dont have time for it.

Plans for my truck are new tires and rims and maybe a lift or I may just do the leveling kit, who know right now, it's too new to think about that stuff yet.

Here are some pics of the 07 Gt and the new truck, I hope they work

great taste in color on the truck!! I have also had an 02 gt blk on blk...lol. But I found out after the fact it had been wreck and traded it in on the 03 Mach 1 which was totalled recently by a guy running a red light in front of me...thus the truck I have now...lol.

Welcome to "Club 09"!!

Thanks for the compliments guys!

SWIFT, I hear ya on the attention from the cops. I have the SLP Loudmouth exhaust on mine, so there is no being subtle with that. But I have only driven it about 3k miles each of the past two summers since I bought the bike. It just sits in the garage so I don't see the sense in keeping it. I love the bike though, there is no way I could get rid of that. I put about 6k miles on that every summer since I got it, so it definitely gets some use. Nice truck by the way. The color looks great in pics, but I really want to see one in person out in the sun, I bet it is awesome.

bgrd351, It sounds like the Mustangs just weren't meant to be for you. But if your anything like me, I think you'll enjoy "Club 09" just as much, if not more then the Mustang club.

Here is a pic of the bike, and you can see some of the car too.

Update

Had my windows tinted yesterday, 35% on the fronts and 10% on the back ones (Legal in Maine). This morning I put on the Ford molded splash gaurds and the custom Harley Davidson leveling kit I'm moving tomorrow, so I'll finally get to test it out on the highway to see what kind of mileage I get.
