I didn't format that particular drive from buy.com, just loaded my files on it and used it. I did have to reduce the number of files due to the memory limitation of the truck. Seemed to max out at 70 gb worth of music.

I had to format my 360G HD to FAT32 to get it to work. It works great through USB1, but it skips and hangs through USB2 (it keeps clicking took like it's not getting enough power). I've tried different cable combos and USB 2 just won't work right, so I guess I'm stuck using USB1.
