Sup f150 dudes. New to the site and this is my first post. I just bought my third new f150, a 2009 XLT 4x4 yesterday, and i'm already to put a leveling kit on it. Just wondering rather to go with the 2.5inch or the 2inch. I measured the gap between the tire and the bottom of the fender well and it looks to me like there's a 2 and a half inch difference between the back and front. If any of you guys have already made this i application, i would appreciate some feedback. I read some of the stickys, but did'nt really get the info i'm looking for. Oh, and i would really like for the front and back to be even, but i would rather it dip a little in the front rather than be too high in the front. Thanx, I look forward to posting with you guys, and guys in the future. THE_CAPTN
Welcome to the site and congrats on the new truck. I know what you mean about wanting the level kit - I got the Auto Spring 2.5" kit two days after I got the truck. Here is a pic of it, although it was almost dark:

Some have gone with the 2" kit - I was torn between the two, but I think it levels out nicely.

Thanx for the info guys, i'll probably go with the 2" leveling kit from Pro Comp its on sale for 160.97 w/free shipping. Says you can fit a max of 35" 12.50's, thats huge, that's what i got on my 96 Bronco with 5 inches of lift and the fender wells are a bit crowded. I'll probably just go with 33" 12.50s on the existing 18" wheels. I don't plan on off roading my f150, so an AT should look good enough, that's the reason I built my Bronc, by the way thanks again guys.

ibcop - your truck looks good. It is very level - but the front end appears to be slightly elevated to me. I would go with the 2" lift if you want somewhere between level and the front end slightly down.
