Surface Rust

Quick question guys,

I just recently purchased an 09 SCrew XL 4x4 and notice that there is quite a bit of surface rust associated with various components involved with the front end. Sorry, I am not familiar with the various part names, lets just suffice to say that when I have wheels all the way turned to where I can see behind them, I notice rust on two of the parts (and I am not talking about the rotors).

Is this something I should be worried about on a new truck (I checked others on the lot before I bought it and they all had the same thing).

Keep in mind that the trucks made the trip over here to Middle East on a boat and have sat in a dirt lot since Early December.

In a month or so I am taking to Ziebart's here in town and getting an undercarriage treatment, spray in, and tint job. Will the undercarriage treatment get rid of the rust, or only prevent more parts from rusting?

Nothing to worry about, especially in the Salt Free/winter less environment that you are in!....
