Stevevfx4 -- question for u!!

I saw on your album 9and another site) that you put on the carriage works lower grille.

Is there a way to mount that grille and the license plate bracket? or do you have to choose? Pics please if possible.

I live in texas therefore we have front plates but it still has those empty slots on the side looks like something is missing just wondering if both fit or not

no it won't work with the plate bracket. The grille comes with brackets that makes it stick out a little further so where it sticks out too, it covers up the plate bracket holes on the top and bottom.

that pic was from my album on here. I don't have any other close up pics right now.

maybe you can try to rig up something yourself using a mesh grille and cut it to fit on each side of the plate bracket?

If there is enough room to put the plate on the grille do that. Just gets a rubber trim to put around the plate so the edges dont scratch the grille. I think that would give it a good finished look.

Well damn....after I saw that lower carriage works grille you put on, I ordered one myself. I have it sitting in front of me, but I also ordered a front license plate to put on too instead of my real plate. Guess I'm gonna be fabbing something up or figuring out how to mount that plate holder in front of that grill....

with the billet grille in place, you might be able to force the plate bracket into the upper mounting holes (they are slightly exposed), but definately not the bottom holes. so you maybe you can use just zip ties to hold on the plate bracket or even just the plate by itself?
