2009 rear shackles installed

on my truck,maybe not anyone elses,the grounder pounder kit for 08 trucks fit with no problems.dropped the rear about 1 3/4 inch.i did bend the lip on the bed back as a precaution and used the shims also.rides as before and looks alot better.

go to the photo gallery and i have a album called gpp pictures.im lucky i got that far as far as posting pictures goes.dont have any before pictures.

never a good idea to post pics on the net that show your full plate number.

not to hijack the tread, but why is that a bad idea? Can't anyone get your plate number just driving down the road? sorry for the dumb question.

yes but on the net if some one wants to steal information or identity and they know what they are doing your plate is a great starting point. its like giving out your home phone number to the world. better to be safe then sorry.

^ though if someone wanted a license number they could just look out their window at their neighbors also, ALOT easier then getting on a truck website, looking in a gallery, then doing it. Honestly, I have had pictures with my license plates shown and no issues. Some people just worry way too much, if thinking that blocking your license plate online will stop another idiot in the real world from getting it, or stealing the whole vehicle.

yes,i didnt get any before pictures but it sure got rid of the big gap between the tire and body.im going to go ahead and get the kit with the leaf springsfor the rear and coil springs for the front.suppose to give it 2 down in front and 4 in the rear.now,how do i get pictures from the gallery to my thread?

just view the image in large form, right click on it, copy the "properties URL" and then click and paste it in the box that pops up
