Can you buy an 09 XL F-150 with power windows and door locks, or are they all manual?

Depends on the cab probably. My 08 XL F-150 has both... but is a supercrew.

I was looking at either a scab or screw. I didnt know if they came equipped with power or if it had to be an option.

Looks like regular and supercab XL has crank windows, supercrew XL has power.
