2009 Fx4 block. Integrated bump stops???

I have been looking to get a set of 3" rear lift blocks for my 09 FX4, but my truck shop is telling me there is nothing available because the 09's have an inegrated bump stop rubber on them. I have spotted a few online that claim they fit 09 trucks, but looking for some confirmation if these will work.

I have not yet crawled under the truck to take a look, but not really sure what i am looking for anyway.

I believe the blocks have been intergrated since 2004 so its nothing new, but probably one of the best 2009 block kits you will fine with integrated stops. http://readylift.com/c-145-new-f150-...block-kit.aspx

yea you just replace the original blocks or add the new ones on top on the original.

the way i was taught, stacking blocks is a no-no. i would find a bigger block w/ the bump stop on it. it can't be too hard, really.

I am running going to run a 2.5" leveling kit in the front on my 09. But the front only runs 2" higher than the back sitting stock. I was planning on taking out the stock 1-5/8" block and running a 3". This would make the back only about 1" taller than the front.

The reason i am doing this is to fit my 325-60-R20's in there and give it a little taller stance. I would love to run a 6" lift, but fund for that arent there at the moment and i am itching to run my 35's.
