02 sensor.
Yes, there is. Depending upon what exhaust system you got, it's possible that the exhaust gas is hotter when passing by the O2 sensor than it was with the factory system. O2 sensors can fail prematurely when exposed to too much heat or higher heat than they're rated for for sustained periods of time.
That being said, it's unlikely, but it's valid enough that they could refuse warranty replacement.
Which O2 sensor was it, pre-cat or post-cat?

I did not ask them which 02 sensor it was ,it had to be ordered.I wanted to get out of there I was a little PO . The Truck only has 800 miles on it and this is the third trip to the dealer-tire core leak-dead battery- and now the 02 sensor.
no, the upstream sensors are right after the manifolds, and the downstream sensors are in the cat converters so unless you removed the cats which i know you didn't then, no there is no way the exhaust can not affect the o2 sensors.
i would really like to know which one it was as well, i had a down stream sensor go right after i got my truck as well, did you a mil on? how was your fuel economy in those 800 miles?

Deano- Driveability was good except for the last few days ,just before the check engine light came on, it felt like the vehicle was going to stall. It sure would be good to make my first payment before more things go wrong.
I am surprised know one else has chimed in about having problems with there 02 sensor,I am told it could be weeks before they get one, because of a huge back order on 02 sensors and ABS sensors. It is just great to have a vehicle sitting in my garage, that is hardly usable, that I haven't even made the first payment on yet.
