as I stated a few posts above, I did call my dealer/salesman and they knew nothing about it.
So I just got a call back from the dealership. The sales manager said he would go into the Ford system and claim the incentive for me. He also stated that gift card comes from another company so he did not know when I would receive it.

I would first go the route of the 800 number. They will give you the numbers you need to go back to the dealership with.

I called the number and they transferred me to the Ford Marketing program department. So here is their direct number to call: 1-866-693-6738.

They looked up my info and said that I did not qualify for the gift card. The lady said they only randomly send out the card to select people, not everyone.

Thanks for posting the number. I called and they said I qualified. They gave me a certificate # and had me call my dealer to do the paperwork.

When I called they said I would have had to provide the certificate number... weird.

I'm wondering if it IS some random thing.

sandydiego, where are you located?

San Diego, CA. Bought the truck up in Irvine without even seeing it. I was looking for a Dark blue supercrew with a 6.5 ft bed and the 5.4 engine. They found it for me and had it delivered to San Diego.

I own several products from FMC. Could that have been the deal? There was no mention of any Amazon gift card at time of purchase and when I called the sales guy and gave if the info he said he would get the paperwork going.

my guess why I didn't get it because they already pre-selected me for a $750 owner's loyalty type rebate at the time of my purchase.

The 750 amazon deal has to do with a Flex offer mailer. I got it and looked at it, but there was no where obvious that it worked for the F150 as well. If I find the mailer I'll scan it and post.
