Special 09 parts

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...t_10545wt_1595

Man you 09 owners are in a world of hurt. Check out how much it cost for these fellas to upgrade this F150. $4700 for wheel/tire combo, $700 for nerf bars. I hope there really hoping a dingbat gets this truck, cause this can't be for real.

I might have to stay in the ole 06-08 range.

Question

That's the first pic I've seen where you can sort-of see something on that little screen at the top of the center stack. What the heck is displayed on that thing?

You've got the trip message center in your instrument cluster for mpg, trip, mpg to E, system checks, etc.
And you have your huge NAV screen for radio, NAV, backup camera, etc.
So what is that other teenie screen for?

I think that's the screen where the SYNC shows up when you don't order the nav.

Yeah, that's the radio/SYNC display when you don't have the nav package. When you do have the nav, I believe it's just a blank "cubby" of sorts, good spot for a pen or two, or a mini mag-lite maybe.

Correct - a "cubby" of sorts with the Nav / display without nav. I kind of like the way the F-150 tailgate badging was done the body color...may have to look into that when the Platinum arrives...I do tend to like the cleaner "less is more" look on a vehicle and think that tailgate panel badging is way too busy...I'm going to see if the Platinum badge can be removed w/o leaving holes, etc.

I just can't believe these jokers man, okay hes running Pro Comp xtreme 6089's. With 35/12.5/20's Pro comp AT. To ship them to my house right now its 2400 bucks. They are posting 4700 dollars for those wheel/tires. I would love to expose some of the crap these dealers try to do.

I hope that one sits on the lot and rots.

Chill....Products for '09 and beyond will become more readily available and competitive. Research previous gen F150's and you might begin to understand.

Understand what? The over-inflated prices the dealer is charging for the "add ons"?

Dude, if you get upset by a freakin' sig block, I feel sorry for you.

And it's called "professional courtesy".

And BTW.....if you wanna bark like a big "Dawg", you gotta quit peeing like a puppy!

Here it is.....one more time - just for you!

Professional courtesy... You've got to be joking, right? Besides. You're way off topic. But then again, I'm not surprised...
