Comet...I'm getting suspicious - are you and I related or something...we both have Silver Platinums on order and I did exactly that same mod with my black '05 Lariat 4x4 - I got the '04 glossy "B-Pillar" trim and replaced the flat black ones...MAJOR improvement - but removing the double sided tape that Ford uses to attach the trim was a nightmare I believe I even had a write up here with pics IIRC..

Thanks guys. so far the truck is great its a big jump from my last truck which was a 94 f-250
