I have had my Brilliant Silver Platinum for about 2 weeks and although the tailgate was my biggest hesitation during the purchase process (and the biggest reason I bought silver)- I actually like it now. Kind of nostalgic...

Id like to see pics of all the different colors in a platinum. So far we have tri sand, dark grey, dark red, dark blue and black.

1. Leveling kit
2. Spray in bed liner
3. New wheels and tires (although stock are forged, they're hideous.)
4. Tinted front windows
5. CAI

Other than that, can't wait. As far as the Ebay "Buy it now" pricing, already there. Discount it another $2000 and you're offering something different.

I wonder if anyone has ordered the Full Coverage Rubber Floor Mats with their truck like I did? Every one I see just has the usual carpeted floor mats, and from what I've seen they seem as poor as the ones that came with the 2004's. Curious to see what the full coverage mats look like. Also wonder if they'll still send me the tiny carpeted mats as well or just the rubber ones when my truck arrives.

 

I like the blue fast ? does anyone know if your intermitting wipers still work if you have the rain sensor

 

Yes, although the rain sensing takes precedence over the interval you have selected.

i.e. If you have it set for 5 second interval, but rain covers too much of the windshield, the rain sensors will activate the wipers even though it hasn't been 5 seconds yet. If the rain is very light, it will wait for the interval you have set. Works very well.
