I bought an 09 FX4

Just got home from the dealer...couldnt be happier. Picked one up for invoice. All black with cloth captains chairs. I still miss my 02 though, guess its gonna take me awhile to get used to not seeing it around anymore. Will post some pics in the morning!

Very nice! Congratulations...I've got an black 09 FX4 on order myself and I can't wait for it to come in. I'm going from an 2002 to this new truck as well.

Very nice truck, can u tell me on your guages is one of them a tranny temp guage could not tell from the pic, is that standard now????

it is the tranny temp...i think it may be standard on the fx4's and up....dont quote me on that though

The only thing that I don't like is the center shift. My moms 2007 Lariat has the center shift and I don't like it. I just like having it on the column. Other than that it looks sweet. Now for the 8" rize and some 37's lol, Nah it looks good. You probably just spent enough money on the new truck.

My future plans are stereo, tonneau cover and wheels with maybe a leveling kit, find a decent looking grille, blacked out overlays, darken the taillights, HID lights and finally an onboard air compressor for the toys. But stereo comes first.

I think im going to leave the stock headunit in since id lose all the sync features and just run the amps through the stock unit with some type of after market integration kit. I want the Alpine PDX 4.150 series amp with alpine SPX-Pro components in both the front and back doors. One 10" sub will work fine and i have an amp for that already.
