All I've got performance wise is an XCAL3 with VMP tune, S&B intake, custom Aero 3" exhaust. Gearing is 3.55 LSD on 285/60/18 Falken STZ/04 tires.

Only video I have, windows up. Preloaded to 1800 RPM, I don't stop at 60 so you'll have to look closely.

Nah you was going down hill and you must have removed some material from the dials hands so that they were lighter and went around quicker. Also the it was a full moon so the magnetic pull was a lot greater than normal.

Very minor changes. Not enough to effect the outcome of a comparison test.

Hi Mike. I enjoy your site but its killing me why your report is taking so long. I look forward to it very much but is there a reason why you cant post it or is it not complete yet? Thanks.

Couple of reason why it won't be ready until Nov. 12.

1) Unlike the HD Shootout, we invited other media to participate with us this time. So we have other online media, a magazine, a newspaper and a television show. We put an embargo on publishing so it was fair to everyone.

2) We did way more tests this time around: level 1/4-mile loaded and unloaded, 7% grade loaded, fuel economy loop on public roads loaded and unloaded, traction control test, ride and handling autocross. I think we'll hit 40 pages of content to describe the tests and all the results.

3) Lots of video!!!

Last time we spent two days at Ford's Proving Grounds, this time we spent two days at GM's Proving Grounds. We've hired Ricardo Engineering to independently instrument and verify the results. It doesn't get more objective or tougher than this. It will be worth the wait.
