just wondering if the 5.4l is due for new hp and tq or if its the same as its been

So far it seems like 310/365 is the new 5.4 levels which aint ****. However the new boss 6.2 is suppose to be around 400 something. And the echo boost motors and diesel are coming in like 2010..?

 

gotta say thats pretty disapointing, i'm in the market for my next truck and i do want to come back to the blue oval but the power is just so lacking i know the after market can fix that but still when all the competitors are putting out big tow and power numbers, makes you wonder

 

yea the straight ethanol truck puts out like 320/390 or something. But im waiting for the 4.4 diesel or the 6.2 boosted.
