2009 Bumper/Light/Upper Bumper ?

Does anyone have any info if the front end bolting patterns are the same for the bumper, the headlights, and the upper bumper?

I'm thinking instead of getting a RanchHand, to do a '09 facelift on my '07.

I mean, they look pretty much the same... but it all matters if it will bolt up or not. but I'm sure I could fab something up... but I'd prefer if it just bolted right on up.

I suppose if no one knows right away, I'll wait and entertain the fact when they finally come out and people get to mess around with them.

Seriously dude, That would look pretty bad. The whole truck has been re-designed. It would be like putting an 05 front end on a 97. Dumb!

you would need new fenders, hood, grill, headlights, upper and lower bumper, and probably some inner sheet metal too, also i doubt much of the mounting brakets will be the same, also the fenders will most likely be a little different at the door so you would have to rework some of that

What is it with these threads asking for information that nobody has? The '09 was revealed last Sunday, we don't even know the HP/torque numbers but somebody is supposed to know the bolt pattern for the wheels, pricing for the platinum, if the DVD will be available with the moon roof, or if the front clip matches up to the '07 models.

Be patient, it's obvious that Ford is going to take their time in making all the information available.

Didn't Ford say that the 5.4L engine would have 310 HP at 5500 RPM and 365 pound-feet of torque at 3750 RPM?

No, Motor Trend said that. We haven't heard anything concrete from Ford yet.
