This sound started a few days ago and while I thought it was the tires, they're not that bad and I've had the ABS light come on twice now with 2 different albeit cheap sensors installed. Thanks for any suggestions!

 

Could be but can't tell for sure.

Here's a MacGyver way to tell. You'll need a sound recording app on your phone. Tape (or otherwise connect) the phone close to a front tire, somewhere it can't fall off or get mashed. Turn it on and take it for a short drive. Next repeat this for the other front tire. Then compare the sounds. Hopefully it'll be obvious if one of those wheel bearings is bad.
