Radio dead

Hey guys, I am having a real stretch of bad luck it seems. Recently fixed rear end issue, then no crank no start which turned out to be ac compressor seized. Went with bypass (shorter belt and grooved pulley) to fix it since truck is getting pretty old and tired but now the radio is completely dead. I have checked every fuse possible and they all seem fine. Radio seems to be the only thing not working, any thoughts? Worked fine right up to the no crank situation. 2008 F150 with 5.4 if it matters. TIA

So an update...this am radio worked as normal when I started it. Drove 100 feet and it went out but came back in a few seconds and is working right now. Guess I am checking for a bad connection or wiring issue.

Things to try:
  • Jiggle its wires while it's on.
  • Check its voltage and ground with voltmeter.
  • Tap on it to locate loose internal component.

Just an update, after checking connections and as much electrical as possible I ended up pulling one from a scrapped truck. All good now, guessing it was some sort of internal issue/short with the radio.
