I just discovered my 4X4 is not working. I looked in the manual and checked all the fuses and relays that are associated with the 4X4 system. All of the fuses and relays all checked out good. I checked for vacuum and the vacuum solenoid for the front locking hubs. I pulled the transfer case shift motor off and put it on my bench and hooked up a 12 volt power supply to it to see if the motor worked. The motor worked in both directions without any issues. I pulled the switch from the dash and checked the switch for continuity, the switch checked out good. Everything i know to check seems to be working as designed. It seems like when I turn the switch to 4 hi nothing is being told to change state, meaning vacuum solenoid to switch, transfer case motor to switch, etc. Has anyone seen this issue before, or have an ideal what my problem could be?
