2007 4.6L Spark Plug Replacement question

I've replaced 7 out of 8 spark plugs on my 2007 4.6L F150.

It's number 4 (passenger side closest to firewall) that I'm holding out on for several reasons. One is that it seems very difficult to reach and two I am waiting on replacement Ignition Coils.

If anyone has replaced spark plugs, do you have any advice? If I remember correctly, I stuffed an old pillow and other soft material in the engine compartment when I was struggling with plug number 3. That was very difficult and so I know that number 4 will be even worse.

I've replaced the plugs on my 02 5.4 which is basically the same engine. It's a little hard to get to but you can do it. I didn't do anything different to change that one.

I use one of these. What a difference it makes when working on trucks.

Don’t know the model. Was in the corner of the shop where I work. Tubby was using it as a snack, beverage and lunch table.
