It could be that there is a vacuum leak in the EVAP system since it only occurs when warm. You could try shutting off the vacuum line to the purge valve with the engine warm.

Since it varies with temperature, it could also be a temperature sensor. Since you do not have an OBD tool that reads the temperature sensors, you could try taking it to an auto parts store to see if they can read them for you.
