Trucks runs fine but is sluggish off the line. Any ideas ? Thx

It might need a rebuild, but not necessarily.

Hi , thank you for the reply. I just noticed today that my gear oil has been slowly leaking from most likely a busted gasket from the differential. Who knows how low it is. So I was thinking would low differential gear oil cause the trans fault - o/d flashing lights on dash ?

Thank you in advance 🙏.

No. It's a transmission issue, Read those 2 links I posted.

Ok yea I have checked out those links and it's weird because my truck starts fine and shifts fine thru all the gears. Just got those dummy lights on and it's sluggish off the line so figured maybe it's my differential. Either way differential I need to clean up. It looks pretty bad..
