Universal Green coolant in 2007 F150

Recently had an accident where I hit a curb and the radiator started leaking. Immediately took it to a shop to have the radiator replaced, they did a flush, and put green coolant in instead of motorcraft gold which the owners manual calls for. Is the universal green coolant going to be OK in the truck instead of motorcraft gold? Should I replace it?

It's going to be fine, just change it every 3 years.
