Has any body thought about putting a 7.3 in there 04 to 06 f150 if so any idea what it will take to do so

It would take a lot of work and expense and a heck of a lot of expertise. The transmission would need to be upgraded also and possibly the rear diff. Folks have installed V10s and there is a lot of existing information about that swap. If you are looking for a hot rod truck there are better ways to do it. If you would want it to tow with, get a F250.
