OK guys, Someone else has had to have ran into this same issue. I have an 04 F150 Lariat. Truck was built in June 2004. I bought it new. The power mirrors stopped working about 2 years ago. I have watched countless videos on repairing the "splice" under the passenger side scuff plate/kick panel. I have looked and looked. There is NO splice on my truck, unless it's behind the fuse block. I cannot even find 2 wires coming from the driver's side that would make up the splice. I really need to get this thing fixed. If there is no splice, how can I repair this thing?
