I知 new to this. Code P0012 P0345
I致e had this ticking sound since I bought this and I致e heard about cam phasers but hoping it could be some other issue. I致e bought this truck with 217,000 miles I got a good deal on it. Replaced spark plugs, coils, Vct solenoids. I had a loss of power as I was accelerating around 25 mph. It felt like it didn稚 wanna go. Drove it for awhile but one day It started running rough when I went to turn one day after driving 30 mins, I had these two codes pop up so I erased them and replaced the cam position sensor bank 2. The ticking stopped so I went to go take it for a drive and not even 2 minutes into driving it, the check engine light popped on then off and my car stopped running. I turned it completely off and started it again but ever since this ticking noise came back again and I drove it for about 5 mins and it drives like it did before. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

That's not injectors. Good chance you need to replace the whole timing set and put in a high volume oil pump. 4 part video followed by parts list:
