My information reset button tends to cycle through the settings itself. I think a new unit would fix this issue. However im not sure what it is called. If anyone can help or direct me on where to get one, i would appreciate it...

No I sure haven't. That was my next stop. I can't help but think it's easily replaceable but maybe it's a harder to find item...

 

You might try removing it and getting some electrical contact cleaner spray to see if that removes some contaminants that are causing the issue.
