Front end Vibration

Good Morning gentlemen,

I have a 2008 F150 STX Super Cab with a vibration around 75MPH... Tires have recently been rotated and have plenty of life in them while I was changing the oil one day notice the bushings for the sway bar were completely gone so when I replaced them I figured that was where the vibration was coming from. It did not fix it so I ordered new struts and springs and changed the upper ball joints and that did not fix it either. I got a front end rebuild kit that has the lower ball joints, tie rod ends and rack ends gonna tackle those this coming weekend. I getting a lil worried that even after changing those I'm still gonna have problems

Many Thanks in Advance

Go have your tires checked for out of round and have them road force balanced.
