2004 F150 5.4 160K miles, a/c working poorly

Hello everyone! Love this website! I have been having issues with my a/c recently. I live in AZ and the heat is here! My a/c has been working very poorly. When revving a/c warms up and then cools. Coming to a stop does the same thing then after a little while blows cold again. I've noticed the temperature gauge rises to middle / normal temperature pretty quickly as well but does not overheat. I've checked temps on my scanner and it's been topping around 198 degrees which I believe is close to normal. Never had these issues before. Purchased when had 100K miles on it. I've read posts mentioning the fan clutch. If so, how do you diagnose fan clutch... Or maybe water pump?! ... FYI... I replaced the battery, alternator, starter and a/c compressor, about 6 months ago and was working great up until about 4 weeks ago. Had to drain the coolant over 2 months ago when I was replacing the oil filter gasket. I'm wondering if y'all can give me your take on what it could be! TIA!!!👍🙏

Check the refrigerant levels in your system. You compressor might be short cycling.
