The heater in my 2004 XL is not working. I have no blower at any speed setting. It's a base truck so no fancy climate controls. I've checked the fuses and all are good. I don't have any power at the blower plug, the resistor plug or the fan switch. Any suggestions on where to look next?

 

Check the blower relay and its function.

 

I switched out the relay without any change. I just noticed that my overhead light and cargo light are not working either. I can't even find a fuse listed for those.
