Fuel pump is working, replaced module at rear axle. On drivers side front of valve cover there is a radio static suppressor, well the bare wire hit metal and sparked, now engine turns over but wont start. Could this have fried my fuel pressure regulator that is in the same wiring harness. I pulled it out of the fuel rail, no back pressure, i put my finger in the whole, wife turned the key on, when i pulled my finger out there was a lot of pressure built up. so im thinking the fuel pressure regulator might not be working.

You blew the fuse that supplies power to the COPS when that wire shorted to ground. No power to the coils = no ignition.

 

I got a 07 navigator. Mines turn over but work crank.fuel pump weak.put a new one it works but still no start. Wanna check fuel pump driver module but it's not behind spare on rail

 

The 2007 Navigator doesn't have an external FPDM. It's part of the fuel pump assembly.
