2004 F150 shaking/vibration when parked and at stop lights

I have a 2004 F150 5.4 with 120k miles. All of the sudden it has started to have a rough shake/ vibration when it’s on park or at stop lights. It will go away when I start driving. I took it to get coded but nothing came up expect for my back up sensors (which I know need replacement). Any ideas on what it could be

You might have an injector problem if it's the 3v 5.4. I recommend waiting to see if the you can get a code to pop up.

You may also want to run a bottle of Techron through your fuel system. Don't run Seafoam!

I took it in to get another code read, it came up that there was something wrong with the camshaft position sensor. Does it sound like that could be causing it? I did do an injection cleaning through the fuel system.

Please post all numeric codes.

If the spark plugs have more than 50k on them, I'd replace them.
