Hello Everyone.
Here is my problem. The heat/air is stuck on vent only and will not adjust to floor or defrost. I have removed the Mode door (not blend door as the air temperature is hot) I bought a new actuator and still nothing.
I have the electronic control air system not manual turn dials. They all light up when pushed but again it will not adjust to the defrost or floor.
1. I left the mode actuator hanging and when i press the floor or defrost button the actuator is not turning. This is leading me to a no power problem I think.. I checked with a basic 12 volt pen meter at the plug and its not lighting up. Is it 12v or do i need a special meter to read a lower voltage?
2. Is there a fuse that may be blown? If so does someone know the location/position number?
3. Would it be a vacuum line?
