I have a 2006 F150, lately my steering feels loose. I have play in the wheel and am not sure what the issue is. It is more noticeable at higher speeds. There is no clunk or clicking sounds just the loose steering. Any ideas?

 

If you don't have the knowledge and tools to do it, take it to a shop and have the front end inspected. It could be anything.
