Cam position sensor

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 with 176,000 miles. After running for a while (especially pulling a trailer) my motor will start knocking when idleing or stopped. It's starts missing and acting like it wants to die. When I accelerate or take off it quits until I slow down again. I turn the truck off and back on and it's fine again. Check enjoined light comes on and reads cam position sensor bank 2. I've replaced both bank 1 and bank 2 and it continues to do it.
