coolant leak into exhaust after intake replacement 2007 f150 4.6

long story short i had the intake and throttle body replaced by a ford dealership and now i believe my coolant is leaking somehow into the exhaust. seems to be over night. when i start truck in morning i can smell coolant. it never did this before i had the repair to intake and TB done.

any ideas what happened or is causing it? i paid a lot of money for this repair but was broke down and out of town. now i am back home i am worried and would like to get a grip on this issue. thanks for your input. DW

If the repair was done by a Ford dealership, there's a warranty on it at any Ford dealer.
