Code p0340

I have a 2005 f150 5.4 got a camshaft sensor code a few weeks back, replaced the sensor and the code keeps coming back no issues just the light I noticed the starter sounding different it locked down ,replaced it and I still get the code altenator is putting out over 14 volts,i f check the code with the engine running I get a code 344. I dont know what else to check , like I said no issues it runs great just getting the codes and I hate seeing that light on. If the engne light doesnt come on within 5 seconds after I start it wont come on , the only time it comes on is when I start it . Any help will be appreceated. Thanks

Both codes are for cam sensor bank 1, the passenger side.
It is an intermittent electrical issue if you read the code description.
Something going on with the connector or harness.
That's why it acting as it does.
Good luck.
