Park brake light stays on!

I have a 2007 Ford F150 STX 2wd A few mouths ago I changed the disk pads and rotors and right side caliper on the front and also changed the brake fluid in the whole system. I bleed the system by using a bottle of clean brake fluid with a holes connected to the bleeder valve submerse in the bottle of brake fluid. bleeding each wheel making sure that there were no bubbles going back into the system. The next day when I started driving the truck I notice the dash light for the park brake to blink off and on for a matter of seconds. sometime it would stay on and then go off. Now at this point the park brake stays on all the time. The truck drive fine no feeling of the park brake is engaged. I have check to see if the switch is sticking in which the best I can tell it is not. At first when I had fill the master cylinder I filled it to the max line, however just recently I drop the level down between the full and low mark which made no difference the light is still on. I find it hard to believe that it would be in the dash because I was not having this problem until I had done the brake work. I also check to see if the plunger inside of the master cylinder was sticking which it is not. I am lost to see anything else to check so any help would be great.

Is it the red light on the dash, if so, I along with many others have the same issue. Whenever mine comes on, i put my foot behind the pedal and pull it back up while holding the release. These trucks are notorious for stretching E-Brake cables.

Check the harness coming up off the parking brake? If it shorts to ground it would cause light to come on. Or circuit open turns light off with the pedal depressed

F150 brake light problem 04.05.06.07

I had the same problem twice already.
The first one it was the master cylinder floater its inside the master cylinder reservoir.
U can check that by sticking ur finger inside and mess with it and the light should go off and on.
You had to get the whole master cylinder to fix that.
The second one was a little trickeir.
I thought it was the master cylinder too. But no.
If u remove the cluster pannel its only teo screws on each side of the steering columm.
Do not remove the cluster just the pannel that seats on top of the cluster.
You will see two conecters that plug in to the cluster.the one on the left its the problem u can move it on the light will go off and on.
What i did i got a little piece of rubber hose and put it in between the conecter and cluster and that tooked care of the problem.
Or u can get the cluster fix thats the right way.
Good luck.
