2007 4.6L spark plug question

I was reading via search engine and some models had problems with the spark plugs breaking off when trying to replace them. Was there any other problems with this model's spark plugs? Its a 2007 with around 77k miles on it. I am looking for info on the plugs before i purchase and replace. I got some a year or so ago i never used but they are at my dad's shop and I don't know the brand(purchased them from o'rielly's). Besides the motorcraft brand are there any others that are acceptable to use?

Also, which fuel filter is recommended?
Thanks guys/gals!

The 4.6 does not have the plug breakage problem. Get MOTORCRAFT plugs and torque them to 28 ft/lb. Motorcraft fuel filter.

^ What he said. Plus on the filter, I would use Motorcraft, Purolater, Wix, or Napa.
