Catalytic converter

Well guys about a month ago I replaced my 8 spark plugs and ignition coils and everything went smooth but about a week later my check engine light came back and I didn't have the time until yesterday to scan it and now it appears that left and right catalytic are the problem so what do you guys recommend me to replace them for?

These codes could also mean an exhaust leak. Any leaks anywhere?

I was looking at the magnaflow 24090 and 24089 since I moved were I live recently and don't have a recommended mechanic so I might install the new onesmyself but need something like those what would you guys recommend and what's the difference between 4x2 and 4x4 catalytic since those magnaflow are for 4x4 and my truck is 4x2

I can't remember what the numbers are but there are very good universal ones that everyone uses and doesn't matter if it's 4x4 or 4x2 for the universal ones
