Telescoping mirrors for F150?

I bought a 8.5' wide trailer last night and obviously can't see anything with the standard mirrors. I have a 2004 F150 V8 triton. I was looking at this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...s-finally.html and was wondering if the mirrors listed would work on my truck. On the parts stores the item numbers say their not compatible, but in the thread people have done it. So is it possible?

Thanks!

Yeah the +09 mirrors bolt up. You may or may not have problems with the plug harness. I know people have wired extra features in like the puddle lamps or turn signals. Try using the search function.

Or you could get manual ones for 165 shipped for a pair...

Can't say on the part number. I got mine from 1Aauto.com which I highly recommend. $275 for a pair of power mirrors heated mirrors with blinker lights. I don't have the heat function with my truck but they still plunged in and work great. Turn signal on the mirror is kind of cool too. My part number is different.
