Just got done with the dreaded phaser/timing set job. The battery was disconnected for 3 days. Everything went well it fired right up and purred like a kitten. Now my truck only unlocks with the key fob but will not lock with it? You can't plug the pcm in wrong can you? I know one plug is small but the other two are the same size. Do I need to disconnect the battery again.

 

Everything is back to normal. Having the battery unhooked for a extended period of time must mess with the pcm and other modules. I took about a 10 mile drive and locks started working.
